"Within the first couple of sessions with Dr. Wildman I regained more movement and confidence."

When I came to Dr. Wildman, I was recovering from a neck and sternum fracture. I had been hit by a car, in a neck brace for a month-and-a-half, and moving very slowly out of anxiety, stiffness and pain. (Even simple tasks like washing the dishes felt scary.) The fear was wasn’t subsiding despite having done regular Physical Therapy.

Within the first couple of sessions with Dr. Wildman I regained more movement and confidence. He explained how my nervous system worked teaching me to use my awareness and listen to my sensations. When he moved me I experienced so much more movement with ease, even with the neck brace. I really learned to trust my own sensations and my awareness as we progressed.

I greatly appreciate Dr. Wildman’s knowledge, careful attention and insight. He is always paying attention and using his significant skills to tailor the session towards my needs session by session. Throughout our work together, I kept improving. I was given homework to do on my own, which also contributed to my progress and confidence. I now have full range of movement in my neck and sternum and ribs and my leg no longer hurts when I walk.

I would recommend Dr. Wildman to anyone recovering from an injury, seeking to reduce pain and feel more comfortable and confident in their movements.

'Frank knows what you need before you know what you need.

Dr. Wildman is an incredibly perceptive and intuitive support for your own self-discovery. I am moving in ways I have never moved before. Not only have my movements of balance, turning, and focus improved, but the quality of my movement is different. Frank knows what you need before you know what you need.

"Frank hands down...this great work directly from its founder."

Having known Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais, I can say that Frank Wildman hands down and hands on to us the richness and complexity of this great work directly from its founder. I see Frank when I am looking for a glow in my physical and mental life.

"I learned how to prevent further injuries."

Not only have I successfully rehabilitated my injured knee, but I learned how to prevent further injuries. Dr. Wildman’s version of the work of Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais goes beyond stretching; it has changed the quality of my motion.

"After decades of doing yoga, I found I could achieve positions I never had before."

'He did wonders for my knees, which no longer hurt at all."

Dr. Wildman approaches his work with precision, empathy, enthusiasm, and a sense of humor.  His verbal instructions and hands-on work are clear. I would recommend Dr. Wildman to others who have a puzzling pain or who need to find new ways to move to make their life easier.

I originally sought out help for my lower back pain. He helped with that, increasing my range of movement and ability to sit. He also did wonders for my knees, which no longer hurt at all. I even look forward to walking up and down stairs now. I know I’ve got a better gait and posture, and now understand how my shoulders, hips, back, and legs are all connected when I walk.

Most recently, he made videos on my iPhone of me performing movements tailored to my issues so I can take those home and practice them. I have found very helpful to see my movements and hear the directions.

'[Dr. Wildman] helped me resolve a knee problem and post-whiplash shoulder problem."

I, myself, had the opportunity to work individually with Frank and get some lessons to help me resolve a knee problem and post-whiplash shoulder problem.  I found Frank's work to be extremely effective.

I think that Frank’s blend of movement exercise, attention to the subtleties and intelligence involved that is necessary to a well-rounded approach to understanding the human body in terms of both healing and training makes his work both unique, and most importantly, effective.
